The Pastry Cooks responsibilities include preparing quality pastry items such as desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, amenities, displays/centerpieces and special request items.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Pastry Cook position is a pivotal role for the kitchen department. It is a requirement to be proactive, and driven to enable the kitchen to run smoothly and efficiently.
