James Beard award winning Juvia Miami Beach rooftop restaurant is adjacent to Lincoln Road's Herzog & de Meuron–designed parking garage and boasts beautiful views of Miami Beach. Juvia’s cuisine is a French, Japanese and Peruvian fusion. The kitchen is led by award winning chefs from all over the globe.
Sous Chef are responsible for following corresponding recipes and overseeing the preparation of those recipes. They also supervise kitchen employees. A Sous Chef tracks the kitchen’s inventory, places orders, monitors equipment maintenance and condition, and ensures that a kitchen operates alongside state and federal health and safety codes.
