This internship is UNPAID, daily lunch will be provided.
Le Club management manages fine dining outlets in Miami Beach, St. Barth's and LATAM. In Miami Beach our flagships include Juvia, a fine dining French/S. American concept and Sushi Garage Traditional Japanese Izakaya dining.
The intern can expect to understand the following concepts under the supervision and guidance of the Human Resource Manager:
Filing of invoices and receipts
Scouting and developing human capital
Hiring paper work
DHS I-9 proper filing/record retention
IRS W4 proper filing/record retention
Location proper filing/record retention
Following the affordable care act
Payroll solution ADP
Entering new hires, termination, changes
New employee development
Workers comp benefits
Responsible Liquor vendor and food handler class
Interacting with executive management team
The intern will build a strong industry network interacting and working with seasoned international chefs, executive team, ownership, CFO, accounting, and restaurant staff.
